Inquiries and booking

The website sends a non-binding inquiry to the host. It does not take payment or confirm a reservation. Availability, the total price including applicable taxes and charges, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions are supplied in the host’s written offer before you agree to a booking. For reservations made on Booking.com, refer to the conditions shown there.

We use your name, email, dates, guest count and any optional telephone number or message to answer your request and take steps towards a booking at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required fields are needed to answer and prepare an offer; phone and message are optional. Do not send passport details, payment-card information or health information through this form. We do not use inquiries for newsletters, profiling or automated decisions.

Inquiries are stored on the website server and emailed to the host using Gmail. Access is restricted to the host and authorised technical support. They are kept while needed to handle the inquiry, any resulting stay and related correspondence. Where records are needed for legal obligations or a specific dispute, those records are retained for the applicable obligation or claim; unrelated inquiry data should then be deleted. Deletion of inquiry records and email copies is handled manually by the host; it is not an automatic website function. This notice does not replace the separate information applicable to mandatory guest registration or invoicing.

Security and gate access

We process request times, access-link validity and command results, and temporarily use an IP-derived identifier to limit abuse. These measures serve our legitimate interest in keeping the website and property access secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). An assigned key-locker code is stored encrypted and shown to the host and through the active private guest link. Gate commands are sent from our server to Tuya; the booking form is not sent to Tuya. There is no gate-position sensor, and a command response is not a record of a person entering the property.

Registration confirmation

Guest registration and tourist tax payment take place in Smart Checkin, an external service opened when you follow the registration link. To provide access for your stay, our server checks the host’s Gmail mailbox for authenticated Smart Checkin notifications. It matches the arrival and departure dates and stores only a registration reference, those dates and the notification time. The website does not keep copies of the email body, guest names or identity-document details from those notifications. Confirmation records are automatically deleted during a successful mailbox check once departure was more than 90 days ago; email copies remain subject to the host’s mailbox retention. Gate access and the locker code are available within the assigned stay window after confirmation, or when the host enables access without registration. Contact the host if the automatic check does not find your confirmation.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not add advertising or audience-measurement tools. Photos, fonts and icons are served by this website. The optional Google map is blocked until you choose to allow it. Necessary storage is used only to provide requested features and remember your privacy choice.

The consent record can remain in browser storage after 180 days, but is no longer used as permission: we ask again. Cloudflare provides network protection and may apply security cookies during a security challenge; its processing is described in its policy below.

Optional Google Maps

Allowing the map connects your browser to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information and may read or set its own cookies and link activity with your Google account. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. This optional loading relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 225 ZEKom-2).

You can refuse without losing access to the site, form, address or gate. Use “Cookie settings” in the website footer to withdraw or change permission. Withdrawal stops further loading of the embedded map on this site; it cannot erase cookies already held by Google, which you can manage in your browser or Google account. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Service providers and external links

Contabo hosts the website, Cloudflare handles network delivery and protection, and Google provides Gmail and the optional map. These providers may use international infrastructure. Google and Cloudflare describe the transfer safeguards applicable to their services in their privacy information. Links to WhatsApp, Booking.com and directions open independent services only when you follow them; those services have their own privacy terms.

Your rights and complaints

Contact the host at the email above to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw optional-map consent at any time. Rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR; we may need to verify your identity.
